Various Professional Training Centres in Italy that provide Vocational Education and Training courses are religiously inspired. In this contribution we intend to reflect on the educational ethics proposed by these entities by debating the laity of the latter as required of all educational entities that provide an educational service with public funds. The question of the institution’s mission in the CCNL of Professional Training is a central issue in this article as it legitimizes the ethical peculiarity of the educational plan.
