Abstract

This paper addresses the issue of secondary schools’ educational responsibility and pedagogical reflection in the light of overall contemporary perspectives. Within this framework, it points out certain directions as priorities for rethinking the school task in an ethical-cultural sense: the formation of skills for the future, of value judgment, of thought, and socio-affective. Developing these requires a meta-reflective teacher and an educating community, as a community of thought.
